Scottsdale Fire Station 613

Scottsdale Fire Station 613 was a $3.6M 10,000 SF facility that replaced a temporary building which had been in place for over 20 years. This facility consists of living and sleeping quarters, a fitness center, a public lobby, and three apparatus bays.

Framing consists of wood joists bearing on light gauge steel stud walls for living quarters, and structural steel beams bearing on masonry walls at the apparatus. The structure is LEED GOLD Certified.
