Park Central Mall Renovation

Originally planned and designed in 1956, Park Central Center became a focal point and ‘place to be’ along Central Avenue in the Midtown area of Phoenix.  With many renovations and reinventions over its long history covering up the original charm of this mid-century modern architecture, there was a desire to uncover it’s beauty and make it relevant to today’s culture with an adaptive reuse of the approximately 705,000 SF complex.

The main renovation features include a steel grand entry to the site, steel shade canopy in the promenade, front addition/expansion and a major façade renovation to create a more modern look. By incorporating outdoor landscape patios intermingling with glass storefronts, the now mixed use campus provides a unique experience of indoor/outdoor living and a community-oriented vibe.
