Consumer Cellular commissioned this multi-award winning tenant improvement conversion of a 105,000 SF industrial building into a 163,607 SF call center and operations center with private offices and training rooms, housing up to 1,600 employees.

The single-tenant adaptive reuse of the warehouse space included building systems upgrades and center circulation spine skylights that provide daylight deep into the large building footprint.
