Arizona State University North Campus Satellite Central Plant

 

Arizona State University North Campus Satellite Central Plant is a two story building housing mechanical equipment. This plant consists of concrete over steel deck with 28ft tall masonry walls and 24ft tall parapet screens to mitigate noise.

The $8M building is constructed with structural steel and masonry; the exterior wall finish is ceramic panels. A cantilevered pedestrian bridge to the adjacent parking garage provides maintenance access to the cooling tower deck level.
