ADERO Scottsdale Resort

The ADERO Scottsdale Resort and Spa is an existing resort destination (formerly CopperWynd) situated on the beautiful Sonoran Desert hillside. The existing 27,500 SF resort common-area was renovated to seamlessly pair up with the new five story 121,000 SF resort addition. The elevated floors of the resort expansion are constructed of post-tensioned concrete flat plate supported on concrete columns and shallow concrete spread footings.

A walkway, stair, and service elevator were added to the existing building along with extending an existing elevator shaft. Also included in the project were new restrooms, exercise rooms, event spaces, hospitality suites, a snack shack, stairs, roof deck, elevators and stair cores.
